I’m pleased you’re interested in the ITQ Social Media. At the moment the resources consist of a Workbook which indicates Tasks (cross referenced to all Units) and this is an ideal route to achieve ITQ Social Media. This is accompanied by Concise’s Training Social Media Strategy Document. Both are issued to the learner on registration and accompany any training that is required. We find few learners come with knowledge and skills in all areas and therefore require some element of training. Pricing depends on how much training is required.
